William E. Mosher is the Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company (“TCC”), a nationally recognized leader in real estate development and investment activities.  In Denver, TCC has had a continuous presence for over 50 years. Over the past decade, TCC Denver has developed and acquired over $2 billion of office, industrial, residential, municipal and mixed-use commercial property. Governor Mosher also serves as the CEO of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority, the non-profit corporation that financed and constructed and the current owner of the Hyatt Convention Center Hotel.

Governor Mosher formed the Mosher Sullivan Development Partners in 2003 and previously served as the President of the Downtown Denver Partnership.  He holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona.  Among his numerous professional affiliations/community involvement activities, Governor Mosher served as a Board Member and Past Chair for the Board of the Denver Housing Authority; the Chairman of the 2006 Bond Committee & Oversight Committee for the Denver Public Schools; and the Colorado District Council Chair for the Urban Land Institute.
